Rêve d'Or Eau de Parfum
The perfume for the night everyone remembers: Rêve d'Or, the golden dream from L.T. Piver, raspberry, rose and saffron over cedar and amber, first made in 1889.
Aldehydes give it a bright, sparkling lift at the top, with pink pepper and orange. The heart is where it lives: ripe raspberry, rose and a thread of saffron. It dries down to musk, cedar and amber, warm and enveloping.
Rêve d'Or No. 1 was born in 1889, at the height of the Belle Époque's fascination with an imagined, opulent East. In 1925 Pierre Armigeant, who ran the house laboratory, reworked it into the Rêve d'Or that made its name. Its theme is fortune and success, a perfume meant to shine.
For the milestone birthday. For New Year's Eve. For the friend who never dresses down, or for you, for the next big night.
