Shipping policy

Every order from MA VIE is wrapped by hand, tied with our ribbon and packaged to arrive as it left the shop.
 
PROCESSING TIME
 
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Around Mother's Day, Father's Day and the holiday season, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.
 
LOCAL PICKUP
 
Free pickup is available at 555 Hudson Street. Most orders are ready within 4 hours of placement and we will email you when yours is. We hold pickups for 7 days. Pickup hours are 11am to 7pm daily.
 
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
 
We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 
We ship internationally via DHL eCommerce. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. Delivery times range from 7 to 21 business days.
 
GIFT WRAPPING
 
Every order is wrapped by hand at no extra cost. If your order is a gift, mark it as a gift at checkout to add a handwritten card with your message. We never include pricing in gift orders.
 
TRACKING
 
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you do not see a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or email found@shopmavie.com.
 
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
 
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but missing, please email found@shopmavie.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
 
ADDRESS ACCURACY
 
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
