An unfiltered Tuscan extra virgin olive oil from a single grove near Siena, cloudy and velvety, from a batch of just 450 bottles.

Bea bottles the oil Athos and Giorgio's family keeps for its own table, from organic, regenerative groves in Valdichiana, Terre di Siena DOP, picked through November 7, 2025. Mild and grassy, with wild herbs, pepper and a light bitterness, it wants gentle food: fish, chicken, spinach, bread and ricotta. Each bottle carries the farmer's hand-painted fingerprint.
